Recently, to meet customer demand, our company upgraded the KD700 series inverter with a water supply card. This enabled a single inverter to control maximum four
water pumps for constant-pressure water supply. Each pump can flexibly switch between mains and variable-frequency operation, providing strong technical support for efficient and stable
operation of the water supply system.

In traditional water supply systems, achieving constant-pressure water supply often requires multiple inverters or complex control systems, which is not only costly but also difficult to maintain.
Using the KD700 inverter with a water supply card, a single inverter can easily control four pumps, greatly simplifying the system structure and reducing equipment costs.

When water demand is low, the pumps operate in variable-frequency mode, precisely adjusting motor speed to match water demand for energy-saving operation. During peak water demand,
the pumps switch to mains mode, operating at maximum power to ensure sufficient water pressure. This intelligent switching mechanism not only ensures stable water supply but also effectively
extends the pump's lifespan.

The KD700 inverter's constant-pressure water supply solution utilizes an advanced PID control algorithm, enabling real-time monitoring of pipe network pressure and automatically adjusting the
pump's operating status based on actual demand. A pressure sensor collects real-time pipe network pressure data and feeds it back to the inverter. The inverter then precisely adjusts the pump speed
based on the difference between the preset pressure value and the actual pressure, achieving constant-pressure water supply.

In addition, the system features comprehensive protection features, including overcurrent, overload, and undervoltage protection, ensuring safe operation under various abnormal conditions.
The user interface is simple, making parameter settings and  routine maintenance easy.
