Functions:
Multiple Control Modes: The CE100 series variable frequency drive (VFD) supports open-loop and closed-loop control, including sensorless vector control, sensor vector control, and V/F control. It features PT100/PT1000 motor temperature signal detection.
Rich Display and Voice Functions: The door panel display shows real-time running frequency and load information. Separate indicators prompt limit positions, handle input, and brake output status. The voice broadcast content is comprehensive, improving on-site fault diagnosis efficiency.
Brake Protection: The built-in braking unit has brake resistance short circuit protection and real-time monitoring of brake coil current. It cuts off the input immediately in abnormal situations, protecting the brake coil and internal devices.
Various Installation Methods: Options include wall-mounted, semi-embedded, and fully embedded installation methods.
Pre-Authorization Function: The system has a built-in perpetual calendar clock that can set three periods of equipment authorization time. Independent passwords can be set for each period, facilitating equipment installment management.
Automatic Leveling Function: This reduces the operator's workload by automatically running to the correct floor position after entering the floor. The leveling position is accurate (≤5mm).
Wireless Video Surveillance: The use of a fisheye camera allows for comprehensive, dead-angle-free monitoring inside the elevator cage.
Wireless Voice Intercom: Video surveillance includes a voice intercom function, enabling real-time communication with field workers and improving elevator transportation efficiency.
Floor Pager Control Function: After meeting the operating conditions, the elevator automatically runs to the corresponding floor when the floor pager is pressed. Once the discharge door is closed, the elevator returns to the first floor automatically.
Setup Methods:
First-Time Use: Read the manual carefully before use. If in doubt about any functions or performance aspects, contact the company’s technical support for correct usage.
Wiring Precautions: Ensure power is off during wiring. Electronic components inside the AC drive are sensitive to static electricity. Do not insert anything into the drive or touch the main circuit board. After power cut, if the indicator is still on, there is still high voltage inside. Do not touch the internal circuit and components. Ensure the grounding terminals are correctly grounded and never connect the input power supply to the output terminals (U, V, W).
Operation Instructions: Use the door panel's keyboard for function code operations and parameter settings. Steps include pressing the programming key to enter the menu, the confirm key to save parameters, and the increment/decrement keys to adjust parameter values.
Application Fields:
The CE100 series VFDs are primarily used for freight construction elevators, suitable for construction sites and other environments requiring heavy lifting. They provide efficient, reliable, and safe elevator drive solutions, especially in operations that require frequent starts and stops.
